1 General Terms

7wing is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7wing platform and all its services.

By accessing the 7wing website, creating an account or participating in any game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3 Age Restrictions

7wing firmly believes that protecting minors from online gaming is critically important. For this reason we follow a strict age verification process.

• Age will be calculated from the date of birth provided at registration.
• If an account is created by providing a false age, all deposited funds will be forfeited.
• If 7wing has reason to suspect, a national identity card or other government-issued ID may be requested for verification.
• Cooperation from guardians is expected to protect minors.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Popular Bangladeshi payment methods are used on the 7wing platform for safe and fast financial transactions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Deposited amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Keeping a record of each transaction is your own responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7wing platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7wing offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to accepting and using these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
• After claiming the bonus, you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• There may be restrictions on certain games or game types when using bonus balance.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• 7wing reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 7wing VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier and the benefits increase as you move to higher tiers.

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

7wing reserves the right to downgrade or cancel a VIP status if evidence of a terms violation is found.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on 7wing are operated fairly and transparently. The following rules must be followed while playing.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games are operated using certified technology that ensures impartiality of results.
• Playing games using bots, automation software or any other artificial means is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any error in a game result, notify support immediately.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the relevant funds will be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which will be displayed before the game starts. 7wing reserves the right to set betting limits for specific users.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or any other technical reason, 7wing will attempt to determine the correct result afterwards. However, in some cases the bet may be cancelled and the funds refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 7wing platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting artificial transactions to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abusing).
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Acting under another user's identity or using their account.
• Collusion or match-fixing (playing games in coordination with other players).
• Spreading false, misleading or harmful information about the platform.
• Stealing or misusing another person's personal or financial information.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any balance before closure, but if active wagering requirements exist, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 7wing

7wing reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or age, or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or the possibility of fraud.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
• By order of a court or government authority.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned, but in proven cases of fraud the entire balance may be forfeited.

• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In any circumstance, 7wing's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Changes to Terms

7wing reserves the right to change, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:
